On Friday, the 11th of April,the ⌠Scientology Church was claimed to be out law in Belgium. This announcement was made by Andre Frederic, the member of the Parliament of Belgium on a conference of the
European Federation of Centers Research and Information on Sectarianism (FECRIS) that took place in Italy.

The delegates of Russia on the conference in Italy are the President of the Russian Professor Alexander Dvorkin and the vice-president of RACIRS, the dean of the synod of the saint faithful prince Alexander Nevskiy, the
archpriest Alexander Novopashin. The conference named ⌠the responsibility of the state for protection of the citizens from the destructive cults takes place in the Italian town Pisa, Sedmitsa says. As Alexander Novopashin told the Agency of the National News, in Belgium the scientologists were repeatedly exposed to the legal
prosecution, and that way a lots of materials, showing the evident signs of illegal activity of this destructive cult. Thus, the corresponding decision was a result.

Lot of countries consider scientology to be a pseudoreligion or classify it as a cult. Previous year in September the federal prosecuting office of Belgium accused this sect of extortion, illegal medical activity, breaking the trading
