The complaints of the townspeople, who became the evidence of “extracting organs out of blood-stained bodies” became the formal ground for discussing “Falun Gong” public organization’s activity (this s exactly the status of Chinese guru Lee Hongzhi’ s followers). One could observe this really shocking show both on Lenin square and near the monument to Chkalov at the entrance to Globa children’s park. The members of Falun Gong movement, who were the organizers of the show, wanted to draw Dnepropetrovsk citizens’ attention to the outrages that take place in China. “When you are told about the famine in Africa, you are shown not the beautiful scenery of this country, but the swollen bellies of the children. And this does not cause resentment”, - this was the way, one of the followers of this movement, persecuted in China because of criticizing its government for “practicing homicide”, explained the meaning of the show.

As for Valeriy Chabanenko’s point of view, “Falun Gong’s” taking refuge in the status of a public organization, while its activity is subversive and is sponsored by some “third party” for blackmailing China and carrying out the information war against this great Asian country. This became even more burning before theOlympiad.

                Lee Honghzi’s followers, who also came to the sitting of the press-club, disproved this fact as well as the idea of their activity being destructive. Each side remained with  its own view upon the problem.
